For people who love to soak up the sun, there's good news and bad news. On the plus side, the sun is an important source of vitamin D. Vitamin D helps to develop our bones and immune system. However, the sun's energy-in the form of ultraviolet (UV) radiation-can also damage our skin. Too much time in the sun increases the risks of UV radiation exposure. Therefore, its important to apply sunblock at least 15-30 mins before going outside. But what you should do if you get sunburn ?
